We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst - Fluency in English and Spanish to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Helpdesk Analyst at Grade-6 position in Service Desk
• Must be a Graduate. B.Tech/B.E or any other technical degree preferred
• Overall 4 to 5 years of SD experience and experience handling a team
• Good comprehension & writing skills
• Must possess excellent customer-handling skills
• Should be comfortable working in rotational shift with 24x7 support window
