Core Duties and Responsibilities
+ Respond to support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
+ Log and track tickets with complete incident details (user info, device, symptoms, steps taken).
+ Troubleshoot common issues such as email problems, printer errors, VPN failures, and software malfunctions.
+ Provide remote or in‑person support using diagnostic tools and remote-control software.
+ Perform account management tasks like password resets and account unlocks.
+ Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support with detailed notes.
