Help Desk Coordinator 2**Help Desk Coordinator 2****Education**:- Bachelor in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Technician, Computer Applications or equivalent.
**Experience**:- Experience in call center or customer service environments- Account Administration experience is a plus.
**Conocimientos**:- Strong troubleshooting skills.Basic knowledge of printers, PC hardware and software is desired.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English 80% (spoken and written)**Skills/Knowledge**:- Excellent customer support.Strong time management skills required.
- Experience in delivering Level I support services such as password resets, system access administration- Exposure to Oracle database a plus.
**Responsabilities / Activities**:- Account Administration for different tools.
