About the Role
As an Advertiser Support Specialist, you will support businesses advertising on two of the world's leading social media platforms. You will provide post-sales assistance, help resolve technical issues, and ensure advertisers have the best possible experience with the platform.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide support to advertisers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot advertising account and campaign-related issues.
- Guide clients on advertising tools, features, and best practices.
