**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman to join our construction team on the 1st shift. This role requires several years of hands-on experience in operating heavy equipment, as well as the ability to manage job sites independently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading excavation and septic plans, capable of laying out the site accurately, and managing a crew of 2-3 people. This position demands a team player who treats the company as their own, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, skid steers, backhoes, front end loaders, and forklifts.
+ Read and interpret excavation and septic plans to accurately lay out job sites.
