**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator – Front-End Loader & Backhoe**
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team. This full-time position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating front-end loaders and backhoes in support of site development, excavation, grading, and material handling activities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and enjoys working in a fast-paced outdoor construction environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate front-end loaders and backhoes to perform excavation, trenching, grading, loading, and material-moving activities.
