Heavy Equipment Operator (Temporary 6 Months)

**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Safely operate a variety of heavy and fixed plant equipment to support daily aggregate production
+ Conduct pre-operational inspections and routine equipment checks to ensure safe, reliable performance
+ Monitor material flow, production quality, and operating conditions, making adjustments as needed
+ Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate activities and maintain efficient operations
+ Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety regulations and promoting a safety-first culture
