**Job Description**

This role combines skilled equipment operation with basic carpentry work to support foundation and site preparation activities at an active construction site. You will operate heavy machinery to grade gravel and dig ditches for footings, while also building wooden edge forms that support concrete and structural work.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a backhoe to dig precise ditches for foundation footings in accordance with site plans and safety standards.
+ Grade gravel surfaces to ensure proper elevation, drainage, and stability for foundations and other structural work.
+ Construct wooden edge forms that support concrete pours and foundation structures, following measurements and specifications.
+ Use bulldozers and other heavy equipment, as needed, to move, level, and compact soil and aggregate materials.
