**Job Description**

The Heavy Equipment Operator safely and efficiently operates dozers, excavators, and loaders to perform sitework, grading, excavation, trenching, backfilling, and material handling on civil, environmental, and site development projects. This role supports field operations by maintaining high standards of productivity, precision, and safety while working across various project sites.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate dozers, excavators, and loaders in accordance with project specifications, company procedures, and safety regulations.
+ Perform site preparation, excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and material loading to meet required tolerances and project requirements.
+ Interpret and follow grade stakes, site plans, construction drawings, and instructions from supervisors to achieve accurate grades and slopes.
