Heavy Equipment Mechanic with Boucher Bros.

Join Boucher Bros Lumber Ltd. as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, based at our mill site in Nampa, Alberta. This permanent, full-time role involves inspecting, servicing, and maintaining our heavy-duty equipment fleet.
You will be responsible for diagnosing issues and providing repairs and routine maintenance. With at least 4 years of experience as a Certified Mechanic and a valid Journeyman certificate, you’ll be key in ensuring equipment safety and performance. Adherence to safety protocols is crucial as you report any hazards you identify.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect mobile equipment, including rock trucks
• Use computerized systems for fault diagnosis
• Adjust equipment settings and replace damaged parts
• Troubleshoot electric and hydraulic systems
• Perform regular maintenance and major repairs as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
