As a mechanic on Pomerleau's Civil & Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the site's heavy vehicles and equipment. Working on large-scale construction projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of various construction site operations.

What You Will Do

• Check operation of equipment and inspect various machines for faults and malfunctions.
• Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, fixtures or components using hand or power tools.
• Determine the nature of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults and failures, using computerized and other monitoring equipment, to determine the extent of repairs required.
