Emcon Services Inc., with over 30 years as a road and bridge maintenance contractor, is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic. Candidates may also apply for an Employer Sponsorship for an Apprentice Heavy Duty certification. Ideal applicants should be physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment maintenance and possess a valid BC driver’s license with a clean record.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a fleet of graders, loaders, and trucks
• Implement preventative maintenance programs
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of mechanics
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during repairs
• Provide support for winter maintenance equipment
