As a Heavy Duty Mechanic with Conuma, Tumbler Ridge, you’ll troubleshoot and repair a variety of Caterpillar mining equipment such as haul trucks, graders, shovel and dozers leveraging your technical knowledge to build trust, solve challenges, and deliver the reliability our customers depend on.

Your work will include:

  • Field diagnosis and running repairs of CAT Equipment in a field environment
  • Interface with customers, products and sales support
  • Large‑scale overhauls and rebuilds
  • Component replacements
  • Completing required paperwork and maintaining clear customer communication

    • Specific Skills & Experience

  • Interprovincial Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic/ (HET) Certification
  • Valid driver’s license with a successful recent drivers abstract (5 Yr)
  • 5+ Years Off Road Mechanical Experience recommended
  • Experience with 793, 789 and 785 haul trucks, D10 dozers, 3...
