The Health and Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Health and Safety Management System across all construction operations. This role ensures compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and industry best practices while promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization. The Health and Safety Manager will play a key role in developing the systems, processes, training programs, and documentation required to achieve and maintain COR® certification and continuously improve the company's safety performance.
