Heart Failure Nurse Specialist: Ambulatory and Virtual Care

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is launching a nurse-led ambulatory Heart Failure service at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. The role focuses on clinical leadership, assessment and management planning within an innovative Interface Care Division.

We seek a registered nurse with a postgraduate diploma, strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of chronic heart failure. The post is full-time (36 hours) Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00, based at the hospital with opportunities for development
