Heart Failure CNS: Lead Ambulatory & Virtual Cardiology Care

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is expanding its Interface Care Division to lead nurse-led ambulatory care for heart failure, including virtual clinics and remote monitoring. The role focuses on transforming patient care with clinical leadership and evidence-based plans.

Location is Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with a full-time 36 hours per week contract, working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Experience with heart failure and primary care collaboration is essential.
