Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, managing a high-volume desk. This includes sourcing, qualifying, screening, conducting interviews, facilitating interviews with hiring managers, conducting debriefs and decision-making sessions, and placing successful candidates. The ideal candidate can independently manage a large number of open positions and coordinate communication between management and candidates.

+ Build credibility and relationships with internal customers (hiring managers) through expertise, positive influence, realistic expectations, and delivery of commitments.
