Healthcare Solutions Architect - HL7/FHIR & Azure Backend

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to own the technical direction of a large‑scale healthcare platform across Africa. You will lead modernization efforts using C#, .NET Core, Azure, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and drive HL7/FHIR interoperability with EMR and national health systems.

You will mentor engineers, review designs, and collaborate with CTO, product, clinical, data, and DevOps teams on roadmap execution. Occasional travel to Africa is expected.
