Healthcare Solutions and Partnerships Manager – Iberia (Full Time, On Site, Madrid, Spain)

Responsible for the strategic management of key accounts in a complex and competitive landscape, focusing on developing long‑term partnerships with strategic clients, including chains, national networks, and PE‑backed groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of priority fertility clinics, including top accounts, national networks, and PE‑backed groups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite executives (CEOs, CMOs, CFOs) and senior clinical leaders.
• Lead complex commercial discussions, negotiate pricing and service agreements, and influence decision‑making across clinical and business stakeholders.
