Responsibilities
- Create and maintain job postings through an Applicant Tracking System and job boards like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
- Source and recruit Healthcare Providers, Registered Nurses, and administrative staff
- Conduct initial phone screenings and review resumes for qualifications
- Schedule interviews and act as a liaison between management and applicants
- Create and send personalized hire offers to selected candidates
- Provide weekly updates on the recruitment pipeline
- Attend team meetings to develop and implement new recruitment strategies
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in email, phone, and text messaging communication
- Strong computer skills including MS Office
