Healthcare IT Services Analyst

Epic Systems in Singapore seeks a Technical Services Analyst to support Epic software for customers during implementation and ongoing operation. You will assist with operation of Epic applications and underlying IT infrastructure, and address questions related to software and platforms.

Responsibilities include configuration/infrastructure analysis, monitoring, planning upgrades, testing oversight, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth deployments and live operations.
