• Coordinate and supervise budget roll‑up; provide data analytics support for periodic financial budgeting and reporting, including analysis of workload and patient mix to revenue and subvention, trending and variance analysis of budget against actuals.
• Evaluate OPEX spending and capital investment requests, review and assess business cases and projects for risks and opportunities.
