Healthcare Customer Retention Specialist

CureMD is seeking a Customer Retention Associate in Pakistan to strengthen long-term client relationships by managing retention initiatives from risk identification to resolution. You will work with customers considering discontinuation, understand concerns, coordinate cross‑functional efforts, and recommend solutions to protect recurring revenue.

You will own retention projects, document interactions and outcomes, escalate risks, collaborate with multiple teams, and prepare retention reports.
