Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior
College graduate
Preferably with 1-2 years in healthcare service, Healthcare BPO, Claims or LOA coordination
Has knowledge with basic medical terminology, privacy, and data handling standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet, fast and accurate typing and documentation
Effective communication, good leadership, customer service-oriented
Amenable to night shift and shifting schedules
Able to work from home when needed
Can start asap
