For more park(s) information, select Learn more about this agency below: Responsibilities As a Health Technician (Paramedic), you perform a wide range of emergency medical services (EMS) to include: Provide patient care according to local EMS protocols and prepare accurate written documentation of all EMS incidents. Operate ambulances and other emergency vehicles in a safe and skilled manner. Maintain EMS and rescue equipment in a response-ready state and regularly perform related work projects as assigned during daily shift. Perform patient care in a variety of rugged environments involving lifting, moving and carrying for extended periods with exposure to extremes in temperature and uneven terrain.
