Summary The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Health System Specialist. The Health System Specialist will function in the Office of the Director. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Staff Assistant to the Medical Center Director, Deputy Director, and Associate Director. Responsibilities The Health System Specialist duties include, but are not limited to: Acts on behalf of Executive Leadership and healthcare system senior leaders in communication with stakeholders both internal and external to the organization. Serves as liaison to multiple services/outpatient clinics while managing information flow and serves as the conduit for information flow and management of assignments between such offices. Provides senior expert level advice to senior personnel, and/or agency officials concerning complex, novel, and unusual issues.
