Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator

Position Summary

The Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator will serve as Atlas Salt’s field‑level representative for health, safety, and environmental compliance activities at the Great Atlantic Salt Project. Reporting to the Manager of Engineering or other designated Project leadership, the role supports the implementation of the Project Health & Safety Management Plan, Environmental Management Plans, Project Management Plans (PMPs), and Project Compliance Plans (PCPs).

This position requires strong site presence, practical judgment, regulatory awareness, technical documentation skills, and effective coordination with contractors, IPD partners, consultants, and regulatory agencies. The role is intended to support safe and compliant project execution through engineering, early works, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
