Hiring: HSE Manager – Utility-Scale Solar PV Construction
We’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead site HSE on a major 350 MW solar PV project.
If you’re passionate about building a strong safety culture and delivering world-class environmental compliance, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the site HSE function and support statutory compliance
- Develop and maintain the HSE Management System
- Oversee permits, audits, inspections, training, and incident investigations
- Drive environmental compliance and stakeholder coordination
- Lead and mentor the site HSE team
Qualifications
- 5–10 years’ construction HSE experience
- Strong knowledge of OHS Act, Construction Regulations, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
- Experience on large-scale construction or renewable energy projects
