Job Overview

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in Fredericton, New Brunswick is hiring a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator. The coordinator will work closely with project teams, trade partners, and leadership to foster a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with project HSE plans, environmental plans, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with implementation of the project HSE Plan, environmental plan, regulatory requirements, and other safe work practices.
• Identify and assist in conducting project specific HSE training.
• Provide project teams with specific HSE information and trends, and develop action plans.
• Assist with the development and implementation of hazard identification tools.
• Conduct project HSE inspections and verify that corrective actions have been implemented.
