**YOUR TEAM**

The Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team supports a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace environment. This role is based in New York and contributes to local site operations while supporting broader HSE initiatives across the Americas region and global programs.

**YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT**

The HSE Associate supports the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of HSE programs, helping ensure HSE requirements are implemented consistently, risks are identified and addressed, and documentation and controls are maintained to support compliance and effective risk management.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Support health and safety activities at the New York office, including ergonomic assessments and workplace evaluations.
+ Coordinate HSE initiatives, inspections, and site-level improvements with internal stakeholders.
