Health & Safety Audit (Sr Associate)

Job Description:

• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal H&S audits across sites/departments

• Assess compliance against legal requirements, company policies, and standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, local regulations)

• Review documentation, records, risk assessments, and safe systems of work

• Conduct site inspections, interviews, and observe work practices

• Identify non-conformities, root causes, and recommend corrective actions

• Prepare clear, objective audit reports for management

• Track and verify close-out of corrective actions

• Support continuous improvement of the H&S management system
