Health Representative Manager

Health Representative‑Manager (HRM) reports to the Sales Lead and works with customer‑facing and cross‑functional teams across the organization. The HRM supervises Health Representatives within the assigned territory, drives sales performance of the business portfolio, and develops business knowledge to assess key stakeholders and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the assigned territory, and take overall responsibility for sales target achievement in alignment with category expectations.
• Plan, organize, and monitor performance to achieve the business potential of the territory.
• Implement strategic customer selling and management skills across team members.
• Ensure effective utilization of promotional material, contribute to planning of POA for the year, measure implementation and conduct regular assessment of field force activities.
