We are seeking a detail-oriented Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist in Chester, CA to support the accuracy, integrity, and security of patient health records. This contract role is responsible for maintaining medical records, processing document requests, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting healthcare providers with timely access to patient information.
