Health Coach: Mental Wellness & Care Navigator

Comcare Trust in Ashburton/Methven region seeks a Health Coach to provide continuity of care and emotional support within the general practice team. You will help patients navigate services and access social and cultural support. Registered or unregistered health practitioner considered.

NZ residency or valid work visa required, plus a current NZ Driver Licence. Willingness to study towards NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing is preferred, and you must meet safety vetting requirements.
