20Emplify Health is seeking a Healthcare Records Representative to support our Health Information team in a warehouse-based environment. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the timely collection, organization, distribution, and availability of patient health records, helping support continuity of care.
Major Responsibilities Include:
Collect, organize, and scan patient records from hospital and clinic departments
Operate warehouse equipment including WAV and electric pallet jack
Enter and maintain accurate patient information within electronic health records
