The Health Care Aides (HCAs) provide direct, client-centered care under the direction of regulated health professionals such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs), and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). They support individuals to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. The position is located in the Rural South area, which includes Diamond Valley, Okotoks, High River, Nanton, Claresholm, and Vulcan, with sites ranging from 69 km southwest of Calgary to 160 km south.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living in alignment with individualized care plans.
• Support mobility, transfers, feeding, hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
