Your role will include observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, assisting with hygiene, and facilitating activities of daily living while adhering to company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the personalized care plan provided by supervisors
• Assist residents during transfers and moves
• Report on resident care and observations accurately
• Provide personal care and hygiene support to residents
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with mobility
