We are seeking a talented individual to join our H&B Consulting team at Mercer as a Health & Benefits Actuarial Associate.

This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will Participate in delivering impactful solutions for organizations of any size and varied industries and have a direct impact on their employees. Work in a collaborative environment on a wide variety of client teams with any number of our Health colleagues and Support clients in the financial and strategic management of their employee benefit programs through analysis and communication.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $84,000 to $126,000.
