Health and Safety Officer

Main Purpose of the Job: To ensure the organisation complies with all applicable Occupational Health and Safety legislation by implementing, maintaining, and monitoring health and safety policies, procedures, and systems. The Senior Health & Safety Officer is responsible for promoting a safe working environment, conducting inspections and audits, investigating incidents, facilitating safety training, and fostering a strong culture of health and safety across the business. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and compliance assessments.
