Design, implement, and monitor age-appropriate curriculum aligned with early childhood learning standards. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff. Ensure effective classroom management, teaching quality, and student engagement. Coordinate with parents through regular meetings, feedback, and progress reports.
