Head Women's Lacrosse Coach

Position Summary

Central Michigan University, an FBS member of the Mid-American Conference, is seeking applications for a Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach to organize, complete scheduling, recruit student-athletes and manage all aspects of the women’s lacrosse program. Position is a full-time, 12-month appointment with full benefit package. Salary is commensurate with experience.

This position will oversee all aspects of a Division I program, including the management of two full-time assistant coaches. The Women’s Lacrosse Head Coach is responsible for working within a prescribed budget, identifying and recruiting athletically and academically talented student-athletes, meeting fundraising expectations, community service engagement, and maintaining compliance with NCAA, MAC, and CMU rules & regulations.
