Head Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Room Service Lead

Kerzner International Management is seeking a Head Waiter/Head Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm. This role focuses on creating a joyful experience for guests through exceptional service and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment, strong food and beverage knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. Duties include preparing food and beverage requests promptly and maintaining high standards of hygiene and service.
