• As-is assessment & benchmarking for finance operating model focusing on Governance, Organization, Processes and Systems. Developed Finance group’s target operating model, finance vision & the key improvement initiatives.
• Defined transformation program including implementation roadmap with action plans to enable Finance shift away from transactional processing towards strategic business partnering activities.

GL & Accounting Redesign and Record‑to‑Report Process Optimization

• Project lead for redesign of the GL segments & optimization of accounting process to simplify chart of accounts & streamline accounts to improve control & performance.
• Redesigned the CoA model to simplify CoA & remove redundant accounts, designed target Oracle GL, optimized R2R process, developed implementation roadmap with action plans & performed impact analysis of redesigned GL structure on all downstream systems. Devel...
