Head Start/EHS Program Administrator

Oversee and administer the Head Start (HS) and Early Head Start (EHS) programs. Plan and implement the HS and EHS program to ensure compliance with the federal Head Start Performance standards. Prepare and oversee the program budgets and plan and implement the short and long-term goals for the program services. Develop and complete federal grants to continue funding for the two programs. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or a related field. Five years' experience in an early care or education setting. Three years supervisory and administrative experience. Strong leadership experience. Pass a criminal history background check and enroll in the Criminal History Registry. Conviction of serious felonies and misdemeanors will jeopardize employment.
