Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier, ideally within fine dining / premium dining / concept driven establishments.
• Hands‑on experience in wine program creation, curation, and supplier management.
• Deep knowledge of global wines, varietals, and tasting techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver world‑class standards.
• A genuine team player who works seamlessly with chefs, service staff, and management to deliver a unified guest experience.
