Job Description

To provide leadership and strategic direction for Case Management Unit ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services aligned with hospital mission, core values and strategic objectives. The Head of Department will lead departmental transformation, manage resources effectively, and foster professional development whilst maintaining excellence in patient care and service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

CLINICAL SERVICES AND STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP

Align departmental mission and objectives with hospital strategic goals, developing long-term strategic plans for service delivery and clinical excellence within the Allied Health discipline.

Establish, implement and review departmental policies, procedures and clinical practice standards to ensure provision of highest quality healthcare services in compliance with professional regulatory requirem...
