Head Shepherd: Lead Mustering, Health & Pasture

Landcorp Farming Limited in New Zealand is seeking a head shepherd at Waitere Farm. You will plan stock rotations, coordinate workloads and contractors, ensure safety and animal welfare, and work closely with the Farm Manager to grow capability and leadership in pasture management.

You will oversee mustering, animal health tasks, and maintain farm records, with a focus on practical judgment, teamwork, and applying new technologies to improve efficiency.
