Head Partner Service

As Head Partner Service , you will lead the end‑to‑end customer order, export, and logistics processes while driving operational excellence and developing a high‑performing team. You will ensure timely deliveries, regulatory compliance, process optimization, and outstanding service for our global partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Partner Service team.
• Manage customer orders from quotation through invoicing.
• Oversee export documentation and Swiss export compliance.
