Job Description :
The Head of Oracle Program Delivery is accountable for leading the end-to-end delivery of Groups Oracle transformation portfolio across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, OIC, OCI, FDI, PPM, Primavera P6, and Unifier. The role exists to convert Oracle strategy into disciplined execution, ensuring that complex, multi-year programs are delivered with control, quality, business alignment, and measurable value. This is a strategic delivery leadership role at the heart of enterprise transformation agenda.
The role must orchestrate business, technology, data, and partner workstreams across multiple entities and functions, while maintaining tight governance over scope, schedule, cost, risk, architecture alignment, and business readiness.
