Head of Vocational and Training Center

Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage a Vocational and Training Center in the UAE. The role involves strategy operations program development accreditation and building industry partnerships to deliver high-quality vocational training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the center's vision strategy and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with KHDA ACTVET and UAE authorities.
• Develop and accredit vocational programs based on market demand.
• Build partnerships with government corporate and industry stakeholders.
• Lead trainers and staff ensuring student success and career outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters in Education Business or related field.
• 7 years in vocational education or training management.
• Strong leadership regulatory knowledge and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
